Vic Tyler was born in Seattle and raised in the SF Bay Area.
Although primarily a rock and metal singer, he also reached a dedicated following for a set of “space shanties” he sung for the Carmen Miranda’s Ghost tape (with Leslie Fish) in the late 1980s.
Tragically, Vic passed away unexpectedly of natural causes in November, 2023.
